After hearing an interview on NPR with Amos Lee yesterday, I've been thinking a lot over the past 24 hours about whether or not I'm actually living how I want to be. Then, my friend Heather sent me a link to some inspirational books with nice, clean design. "The 5 Book" by Dan Zadra really caught my eye. "The 5 Book" is full of bold type, bold colors and lots of white space.
"'The 5 Book' is your 'playbook for life.' It features thought-provoking quotations and real-life examples to serve as both a spark and a road map for what’s exciting in your life."
Maybe this is all just coincidence, but it has motivated to start applying for jobs again. And not just jobs I would settle for, jobs I would really love to have.

This looks like a sweet book,I might have to check it out. Also if you're looking for novel on the same topic (quarter-life crisis/ what am I going to do when Im out of college) you should check out The Mysteries of Pissburgh by Michael Chabon. I've only read the front sleeve but it was interesting enough for me to buy for $5.

YES! One of my life goals was to be mentioned on your blog. Stumbling upon this website was the best thing to ever happen to me. Thanks, Alaina, for helping me realize my potential. Nothing is coincidence!
I'll definitely check out that book, Zach. Thanks for the heads up!
And Heather, yes, maybe I'll have to mention you a few more times.
