I love going to baseball games. If you tell me you don't, we're probably going to have some fundamental problems in our relationship. So that, combined with this really excellent cover, have made me really excited about "The Art of Fielding", the debut novel from Chad Harbach.
I think this cover is a lot more successful than the UK version. I'm pretty sure it was done by Dana Tanamachi. She makes really beautiful work with chalk, but I don't think it was the right look for this book based on the reviews I've read so far.
I'm going to need to order a copy of this soon. Especially because it takes place in Michigan. So much awesome potential here.
And speaking of baseball reads, I highly recommend "Mostly True" by Molly O'Neill.
