Gallery 1988's Crazy 4 Cult Cult Movie Art 2

I can't think of a more appropriate time to receive Cult Movie Art 2 in the mail than a week before Halloween. It kind of makes me regret not putting a little more effort into a costume this year.

The second volume of cult movie art from Gallery 1988, this book is full of big, beautiful glossy pages that are tempting to rip out and frame. The amazing variety of pieces inside come from the gallery's annual Crazy 4 Cult show. Plus, the introduction from Seth Rogan is pretty spot on when it comes to the perception of art and art galleries (you're going to have to read it yourself though, I don't want to spoil it).

After flipping through each page of Cult Movie Art 2, I had to seriously update my Netflix queue.

I'll definitely be placing this on the coffee table. I can't wait to see what discussions it starts. You don't have to be an artist or designer to appreciate the amazing fan art inside this thing.

Cult Movie Art 2 is available from Titan Books and Gallery 1988. You could probably buy this for just about anyone for Christmas and they'd find so many things to love inside.
